RxD, EN, INH
Inhibit output with low resistance (<40) versus
Vs and short circuit protection

2 DESCRIPTION
The L9638 is a monolithic integrated circuit for
LIN-bus interface function between the protocol
handler in the controller and the physical bus in
automotive applications.
As well as it can be used in standard ISO 9141
systems.
