Description
This new generation MOSFET has been designed to minimize the
on-state resistance (RDS(ON)) and yet maintain superior switching
performance, making it ideal for high efficiency power management
applications.

• Drivers: Relays, Solenoids, Lamps, Hammers, Displays,
