The NP88N03KDG is N-channel MOS Field Effect
Transistor designed for high current switching applications.
FEATURES
Channel temperature 175 degree rating
Super low on-state resistance
RDS(on)1 = 2.4 mMAX. (VGS = 10 V, ID = 44 A)
RDS(on)2 = 3.9 mMAX. (VGS = 4.5 V, ID = 44 A)
Low Ciss: Ciss = 9000 pF TYP. (VDS = 25 V)
