FSA4157
Low Voltage 1 Ω SPDT Analog Switch
General Description
FSA4157 is a high performance Single Pole/Double Throw
(SPDT) analog switch. The device features ultra low RON
of 1.15 Ω maximum at 4.5V VCC and will operate over the
wide VCC range of 1.65V to 5.5V. The device is fabricated
with sub-micron CMOS technology to achieve fast switch-
ing speeds and is designed for break-before-make opera-
tion. The select input is TTL level compatible.

s Maximum 1.15 Ω On Resistance (RON) at 4.5V VCC
s 0.3 Ω max RON flatness at 4.5V VCC
s Space saving MicroPak and SC70 6-lead surface
mount packages
s Broad VCC operating range: 1.65V to 5.5V
s Fast turn-on and turn-off time
s Break-before-make enable circuitry
s Over-voltage tolerant TTL compatible control circuitry
