CHARACTERIZATION
DESCRIPTION
This Power Mosfet is the latest development of
STMicroelectronics unique "Single Feature Size"
strip-based process. The resulting transistor
shows extremely high packing density for low on-
resistance,rugged avalance characteristics and
less critical alignment steps therefore a remark-
able manufacturing reproducibility.
