General Description
Features
The TD8211 is a fixed switching frequency (1.5MHz typical),
z Wide 2.7V to 6V Input Voltage Range
current-mode, step-up regulator with an integrated N-channel
z Built‐in 0.2Ω N‐Channel MOSFET
MOSFET. The device allows the usage of small inductors and
z Built‐in Soft‐Start
output capacitors for portable devices. The current-mode control z High Efficiency up to 90%
scheme provides fast transient response and good output voltage z <1mA Quiescent Current During Shutdown
accuracy.
z Current‐Mode Operation
The TD8211 includes under-voltage lockout, currentlimit,and
z Stable with Ceramic Output Capacitors
over-temperature shutdown preventing damage in the event of an z Fast Transient Response
output overload.
z Current‐Limit Protection
z Over‐Temperature Protection with Hysteresis
z Available in a SOT‐23‐6A and TDFN2x2‐6 Package
