NL7SZ58
Configurable Multifunction
Gate
The NL7SZ58 is an advanced high-speed CMOS multifunction
gate. The device allows the user to choose logic functions AND, OR,
NAND, NOR, XOR, INVERT and BUFFER. The device has
Schmitt-trigger inputs, thereby enhancing noise immunity.
The NL7SZ58 input and output structures provide protection when
voltages up to 7.0 V are applied, irregardless of the supply voltage.

ăHigh Speed: tPD = 3.4 ns (Typ) @ VCC = 5.0 V
ăLow Power Dissipation: ICC = 1 mA (Maximum) at TA = 25°C
ăPower Down Protection Provided on inputs
ăBalanced Propagation Delays
ăOvervoltage Tolerant (OVT) Input and Output Pins
ăUltra-Small Package
ăThis is a Pb-Free Device
