Description
The KMIP2-B28DL is InGaAs PIN Photodiode has the cap with only Ø1.96mm and less than 3mm in hight.
Stem types of 2-leads(KMIP2) and 1-lead(KPIM1)are available. The flat window type or a pigtail type also available.
It is recommended for optical data communication and power monitoring.

Front illuminated planar PIN-PD
Low capacitance and low dark current
Hermetically sealed package with Ø1.96mm lens cap
High reliability and environmental endurance and the cap height is less than 3mm
Wide operating wavelength range from 1.1µm to 1.6µm
