ICS843301I-108
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ICS843301I-108 is a 75MHz Frequency
ICS Generator and a member of the HiPerClocksTM
HiPerClockS™ family of high perfor mance devices from IDT.
The ICS843301I-108 uses a 20MHz crystal to
synthesize 75MHz output. The device supports
0.5% downspread spread spectrum clocking. The ICS843301I-
108 has excellent <1ps phase jitter performance, over an
integration range of 900kHz - 7.5MHz. The device is packaged
in a small 8-pin TSSOP, making it ideal for use in systems with
limited board space.
FEATURES
One differential 3.3V or 2.5V LVPECL output
Crystal oscillator interface designed for 20MHz,
18pF parallel resonant crystal
Output frequency: 75MHz
Supports SSC, 0.5% downspread
RMS phase jitter @ 75MHz, using a 20MHz crystal
(900kHz - 7.5MHz): 0.73ps (typical)
Full 3.3V or 2.5V operating supply
-40°C to 85°C ambient operating temperature
Available in both standard (RoHS 5) and lead-free (RoHS 6)

The purpose of this section is to derive the power dissipated into the load.
