2ch Low Dropout Voltage Regulator with Reset
GENERAL DISCRIPTION
The NJM2810 is a 2ch low dropout voltage regulator
with reset function.
It provides up to 150mA/100mA as output current, and
the reset function monitors individual voltage through VDET
terminal with 1% accuracy.
It is suitable for local power supply for small micro
controller and other logic applications.
