The RHF350 is a single operator available in the
Flat-8 hermetic ceramic package, saving board
room as well as providing excellent thermal and
dynamic performance.
Description
The RHF350 is a current feedback operational
amplifier that uses a very high speed
complementary technology to provide a
bandwidth of up to 410 MHz while drawing only
4.1 mA of quiescent current. With a slew rate of
940 V/µs and an output stage optimized for
driving a standard 100 Ω load, this circuit is highly
suitable for applications where speed and power-
saving are the main requirements.
