GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The ICS83032I is a SAS/SATA dual output
ICS LVCMOS/LVTTL oscillator and a member of the
HiPerClockS™ HiperClocks™ family of high performance de-
vices from ICS. The ICS83032I uses a 3rd over-
tone crystal to provide a reference frequency
of 75MHz. The ICS83032I has excellent phase jitter perfor-
mance, over the 900kHz - 7.5MHz integration range. The
ICS83032I is packaged in a small 8-pin TSSOP, making it

FEATURES
One LVCMOS/LVTTL output, 15Ω output impedence
Crystal oscillator interface designed for 3rd overtone
75MHz crystal
Output frequency range: 53MHz - 80MHz
RMS phase jitter @ 75MHz (900kHz - 7.5MHz):
<125fs (typical)
3.3V or 2.5V operating supply
-40°C to 85°C ambient operating temperature
Available in both standard and lead-free RoHS-compliant
packages
