ceramic high power tetrode. Because of it’s
special structure, high audio frequency
working efficiency and low loss, it is mainly
used as linear amplifier and AF power
amplifier or oscillator. Max anode dissipation:
15KW, rated working frequency: 110MHZ,
Max frequency: 225MHZ.
