The BLT94 is capable of withstanding a load mismatch corresponding to VSWR = 10 : 1 through all phases under the
following conditions: CW, class-AB operation; VCE = 9 V; PL = 6 W and f = 900 MHz; Tmb ≤ 60 °C.
