The KPC815 series consist of an infrared-emitting
diode in a 4-pin DIP package and available in wide-lead
spacing and SMD option. The input-output isolation voltage
is rated at 5000 Vrms.
Features

( CTRMin. 600% at IF=1mA VCE=2V )
2. High isolation voltage between input and output
( Viso5000Vrms )
