RF5216
Quad-Band GSM, Linear EDGE Transmit Module with
Fourteen High Linearity TRX Switch Ports
The RF5216 is a quad-band GSM/GPRS, linear EDGE transmit
module with fourteen transmit and receive RF switch ports using a
MIPI RFFE interface for PA and switch controls. The power
amplifier supports GSM and EDGE Class 12 transmit in the
GSM850, GSM900, DCS1800, and PCS1900 bands. The fourteen
switch ports are UMTS and LTE transmit and receive capable and
may be used for GSM and EDGE receive ports.
