1. General description
The 74ABT16245B high-performance BiCMOS device combines low static and dynamic
power dissipation with high speed and high output drive.
The 74ABT16245B device is a dual octal transceiver featuring non-inverting 3-state bus
compatible outputs in both send and receive directions. The control function
implementation minimizes external timing requirements. The device features two output
enable (1OE, 2OE) inputs for easy cascading and two direction (1DIR, 2DIR) inputs for
direction control.

Multiple VCC and GND pins minimize switching noise
Power-up 3-state
3-state buffers
Output capability: +64 mA / 32 mA
Live insertion/extraction permitted
Latch-up performance: JESD 78 Class II
ESD protection:
HBM JESD22-A114E exceeds 2000 V
CDM JESD22-C101C exceeds 1000 V
